Following Hans Hoff’s sad passing, the farm was sold by his daughters Ingrid and Birgitte to a new owner Justin Frampton in 2025. Justin is keen to uphold Hans’ legacy and take Houghton Springs Fish Farm onto new heights.
With the help and knowledge of farm manager Keith Downton, Justin aims to continue selling top quality Dorset trout, working to get the fish into local restaurants and pubs, resulting in more people eating this delicious and 100 % sustainable fish.
We will look to grow the small on-site shop and are happy to take orders for any of the products we sell.
